Return Eligibility:

- Condition: The photo booth must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. It should be unused and undamaged.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt or order confirmation number when requesting a return.

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your photo booth.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the photo booth and ship it back to us using the provided instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned photo booth, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
- Custom Orders: Custom-built or personalized photo booths may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described.
